3. User Accounts

While we strive to provide helpful and accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI responses may contain errors or omissions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
7.3 AI Output
You may use AI-generated content from the Service for your business purposes, subject to these Terms. However, we retain all rights to the underlying AI technology and models.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability

- Any decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Boardroom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content submitted to the Service
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Boardroom is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
